He's the guy that brought us all together and assembled the motley Blackflag crew. Steve’s the last to leave and always up for a beer and a chat. His phone literally never stops ringing and he's a known legend around the local hospitality scene so everyone goes to him for advice. If Steve’s not working, you'll probably find him working on something else. Enough said.

What can we say about Geoff other than he’s the bloke in the back. The guy that says stop spending. He's the voice of reason: “you might be pushing this one fellas”. Also the first one with a beer at the ready or a whiskey when it’s stressful. When he's not working, you'll find him hanging around the bars with that whiskey or a beer in hand.

The mythical man behind the spray can, Ross is one of the most integral parts of Blackflag. Not only does he love to party, but he's the most talented artist we know and the reason that everything we do is so pretty. When he's not working, you'll find him drinking Kick Ons tins and legally vandalising walls.

Any Sunny Coast local that loves food probably knows this legend. He owns some of the  longest running venues in Mooloolaba and cooks an absolutely mean feed. We love Benny for so many reasons, not just that he has a pool and loves a good BBQ. When he's not working you'll probably find him slinging fish and chips in Mooloolaba.

Clint’s the structured one. The guy that takes the meetings, builds the plans and generally makes us look more professional, yet well known for his benders. This guy’s done it all. From electrician to front desk at a hostel, no job’s too small for him. If he’s not at work, you’ll find him on a push bike pub crawl or pretending he knows how to renovate his house.

Chef turned brewer, Simon takes great pride in crafting the very best quality beers for our discerning drinkers. When not manning the brew deck, Simon kicks back by tending to his edible garden, washed down with a classic ESB or Dark Mild english-style beer. And believe it or not, he even brews at home too. Talk about dedication to his art!

Whether it’s working on the brew deck or organising the cold room, Dean’s one of the hardest working guys you could meet. A core member of the production team, when Dean’s not brewing, packing, stacking or delivering beer, you’ll find him cheering on his kids playing soccer.

The other half of ‘Team Etch-A-Sketch’ (the design crew), Tammen brings another flavour of eye candy to BlackFlag. From coasters to cans, posters and banners, he’s got us covered. You’ll find him down at the toastie machine cooking up a ham & cheese banger while dreaming up a new beer can design or two.

Our Sunny Coast (and beyond) sales guru, Nate brings big energy and joy to work every day. When he’s not pressing the flesh with our awesome stockists, Nate loves nothing more than getting about on his Harley or kicking back with mates over a beer.

Rounding out the sales team is our man from the States, Dylan! When he’s not sweet talking bars and bottle shops across BrisVegas, or slinging suds at festivals, you’ll probably find him somewhere between the couch and the beer fridge with an American football game on the box.

Our sales operations and accounting whiz, Dee is also our resident polyglot, fluent in four languages. When she’s not keeping the sales team on track, you’ll find her out saving animals as part of the Wildlife Warriors, or travelling distant lands in search of the best local cuisine.

Some might say this guy looooves the sound of his own voice. And they’d be right. But happily for us, he thrives on talking about Blackflag with the people that matter. Our customers and investors are at the heart of everything, and Craig ensures we’re always listening.

The cheerleader in chief! Sunny’s a fun-loving Groodle with attitude to burn. When she’s not chasing her own tail (it’s a daily challenge), she loves a nice pamper session before rocking the latest merch.
